- 27/01/2020 14:46 I arrived at the airport on Friday morning, ready to catch my flight. I decided to go and have a cigarette before going into the building, and did not want the smoke to harm any of the other passengers. My driver asked one of the attendants in the drive-through area to please show me where I can go and have a cigarette where it is allowed. The gentlemen, named Devon, said that he would walk me to this area, which I was thankful for. However, on the way to this area, he proceeded to ask for my contact details and my Facebook information as he wanted to keep contact with me. I informed him that I was in Kenya for work and did not feel comfortable giving this information out. After some persistence, I gave him a fake number and he left. When I was walking to the terminal building, he started calling my name from the other side of the car park. He then ran up to me and proceeded to try and hug me. When I resisted, he grabbed me and hugged me both on my right and left hand side and then proceeded to tell me how much he Loved Me. This experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and I feel that it is my duty to report it as I do not want someone else to go through the same experience.

- 19/05/2019 13:55 I have a bad experience with airport information. The official (this) website advertises baggage storage services. I call and they confirm yes. I come to the airport 7 h in advance to store the luggage so I can explore Nairobi and no baggage storage. I call again, the same official number, and they confirm no baggage storage. Now either I wait 9 h for my flight here or go to the city with 2 big bags. Unreliable information feeds bad decisions. Had the information been correct the first call and the website, I would have saved a taxi trip, time and gone to the city. The airport would have saves itself this bad review.
